The conditions are practical things that it is sensible to point out to the holiday maker. To protect you and to protect my property.
Liability:
- We accept no responsibility for any event affecting water supply, power cuts or any outside event.
Hirers Obligations:
- To be responsible for Rosebank and to take reasonable
care of it, to keep it clean and tidy and to replace any
breakages or damage caused. To permit the owner or representative
to enter the property at any reasonable time, to carry
out any repairs deemed necessary to the property or equipment.
- That on no account are the number of persons to alter
from the booking form which was signed by the hirer, without
the owners consent prior to arrival.
Insurance:
- Please take care of your own insurance against the
possibility of having to cancel your holiday.
- We recommend insuring your holiday through the following
company who offer reasonable premiums and good services, Rothwell & Towler.
